Leads the strategic and day-to-day oversight of both the sexualized violence and discrimination and harassment portfolios, including environmental assessments, disclosures and reports, informal and formal resolution processes of EQHR.

Responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive program of proactive, educational, and conflict engagement strategies under both the discrimination and harassment and sexualized violence policies.
