ABSTRACT

With the recent increase in the popularity of Web based learning technologies, it has be-come increasingly important to be aware of the usability and accessibility issues of these tools, including hurdles faced by developers and educators in the design and use of the tools specially when considering users with disabilities.

In my research I look at Issues Related to Delivery and Transfer of Curriculum Content from a Physical to a Virtual classroom; such as network infrastructure, Browsers , and Web based Learning tools.
