Tia is a Senior Bioprocess Engineer in the Research and Development department at STEMCELL Technologies. Her work focuses on the automation of human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC) culture. This has involved extensive collaboration with software engineers, systems engineers, and biologists to optimize, debug, and validate automated processes. She’s also been involved in projects related to 3D suspension culture of hPSCs, in particular, the optimization of hPSC maintenance and differentiation processes at large scales.
