Rescheduling accommodated exams

The CAL Assessment Program is available to invigilate deferred exams depending on available space and staff.

To submit a deferred exam invigilation request:

  1. Coordinate a date and time for your students from the list below
  2. Submit your request by email to the CAL Assessment Program at least one week before the chosen date

Your email must contain:

  • The names or student numbers of students writing with the CAL Assessment Program
  • Original exam date
  • Exam version: original or alternate
  • Exam delivery and return methods
  • Any changes to original exam details

If you require an alternate date or time, you are advised to contact your department or the LTSI's Online Assessment Room to discuss other options.

The CAL Assessment Program is available to invigilate deferred exams on the following dates and times. Contact the CAL Assessment Program if you have any further questions.

  • July 4: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • July 10: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • July 11: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
