Description
How do social relations structure our everyday lives? In this talk, Dorothy Smith will discuss her ground-breaking and influential method known as ‘institutional ethnography’. While originally developed as a “sociology for women”, institutional ethnography is now drawn on and used by researchers and activists across the globe spanning a wide range of academic disciplines.
After the talk, there will be a reception where you will have the opportunity to personally meet and speak with Dorothy.
