Psychology staff rock the earthquake simulator

A fun and educational emergency preparedness event—the Shake Zone earthquake simulator—is on campus today. From 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., this free "ride" is next to Petch Fountain (in front of McPherson Library-Mearns Centre) to give those adventurous people willing to try it an experience similar to a magnitude 8.0 earthquake. Also check out the information and activities on display, including demonstrations of search and rescue dogs in action.
