Aurora Skala, MA candidate exposes early rock art in BC

Aurora Skala, MA candidate has been working on finding early BC rock art which up to now has been kept alive in First Nation's stories.  Using technologies which are non-invasive Aurora has been able to find and photograph the rock art as it was once seen hundreds of years ago. Aurora will be defending her MA on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 1:00pm in Cornett A319. The title of her research is, “Heiltsuk and Wuikinuxv Rock Art: Applying DStretch to Reveal a Layered Landscape, a Case Study on the Central Coast, British Columbia, Canada”.  All welcome.
