STEHM Microscope featured at the 2013 Microscopical Society of Canada meeting
In conjunction with the Microscopical Society of Canada annual meeting, the University of Victoria will be presenting Canada's new scanning transmission electron holography microscope (STEHM). The STEHM is the world's first aplanatic TEM having Cs and coma correction and the first STEM having full Cs and Cc correction. During the conference there will be scheduled tours of the Advanced Microscopy Facility and STEHM.
