Biology's Christopher Lee named Provost Award winner

Christopher Lee, winner of the Provost AwardCongratulations to all students who were named to the Vikes Honour Roll, as well as Christopher Lee, the winner of the 2017 Provost Award! 

Last week, UVic held the 13th annual Vikes Honour Roll Luncheon recognizing those student-athletes who achieved a minimum of 6.6 GPA (80%) or higher during the 2016-17 school year.

Men's field hockey player and biology student Christopher Lee was named the Provost Award Winner. Lee earned a 9.0 GPA last year, balancing a heavy class schedule with regular training and weekly travels to Vancouver for games, while also being a regular volunteer at Vikes events and with varsity council.

Twenty-three Science students were named to the Vikes Honour Roll, acknowledging those student-athletes who recieved an academic average of 80 per cent or higher.
