2017 Biology Grad Symposium

The annual Biology Graduate Symposium will be held on November 14^th and 15^th in the David Strong Building C103. This event provides an opportunity for UVic community and interested members of the general public to learn about the wide variety of research projects being conducted by Biology graduate students. 

Students will present research from diverse fields including Marine Biology, Forest Biology, Ecology & Evolution, Neuroscience and Cell & Molecular Biology. Please check out our symposium schedule to find out what interests you.

*Attendance for Symposium is free and a light lunch and refreshments will be provided.

*Social: Bard & Banker, Mezzanine, November 15^th at 7:00 pm. Free tickets for Graduate Students (one drink and appies).  Faculty, staff and guest tickets are $15; Ticket includes appies. Pick up your tickets starting November 14th.
