Research Fellow Dr. Sam Liu wins Michael Smith Foundation Scholar Award

CFYS research fellow Dr. Sam Liu was recently awarded a Michael Smith Foundation Scholar Award for his work on childhood obesity management using innovative digital technology. Dr. Liu has created a stand-alone web-based and blended in-person and web-based program in improving health-related outcomes in children who are overweight or obese in British Columbia amidst COVID-19.
