Kenneth Macartney: Lessons Canada can learn from Sweden's Saudi crisis

In his most recent Times Colonist piece, CFGS Associate Fellow and Diplomat in Residence, Kenneth Macartney uses his expertise as former Canadian Ambassador to Sweden to discuss the parallels between Sweden's 2015 rift with Saudi Arabia and the current diplomatic rift between Canada and Saudi Arabia.
