CFGS Associate Researcher Harry Swain chairs review panel for the Site C dam hearings

The Alaska Highway News in Fort St. John had a story in yesterday's paper about the Site C dam hearings, mentioning associate fellow Harry Swain, who chairs the review panel. Public hearings resume today. The panel will issue a report by the spring on its findings of the energy project's values and disadvantages.
