DMSC Welcomes Applications for Animal Research Technician Position

The Animal Research Technician (ART) will perform a variety of specialized technical procedures related to research animals used within the DMS.  The ART will interact with the University of Victoria’s Animal Care Unit (ACU) and DMS researchers to ensure appropriate use of research animals within the DMS as defined by the Canadian Council on Animal Care (CCAC), University of Victoria Animal Care standard operating procedures (SOP) and approved DMS Animal Research protocols. 

This is a 0.8 FTE term position from August 2nd 2021 to September 22nd 2022.
