Second edition of Canadian Telecommunications Regulatory Handbook 2014 now available!
June 24, 2014 - The second edition of Adjunct Professor Hank Intven’s Canadian Telecommunications Regulatory Handbook 2014 has appeared!
For more than 30 years, Intven has practiced law and played a role in major regulatory and policy developments in telecommunications, broadcasting and Internet communications in Canada and internationally. He was Executive Director of Telecommunications at the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) and then, from 1988 to 2013, partner in the Toronto office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP, where he led the firm’s Communications Practice Group. The Handbook is published by McCarthy Tétrault.
