I fell in love with Pacific and Asian Studies because of the endless world I could explore—because I learned about language, history, religion, art, politics, economy, globalisation, and people people people! As one cohesive whole, I combined so many other fields of research. Through literature, cinema, theatre, poetry, paintings… I saw a bigger world than I had ever studied before. And I loved it.
