Understanding the refugee crisis, part II: The Canadian response

A group of UVic scholars offers their thoughts on the Canadian response to the refugee crisis including historical perspectives on the global context, on the origins of the crisis in the Middle East, and on social and political developments in Canada. 

The panel was made up by Nielesh Bose, Penny Bryden, Adel Guitouni, Jordan Stanger-Ross, and moderated by Paul Bramadat.

The talk took place on Friday, September 25th, 2015. It was held in DSB C116, from 12:30 to 2pm.
