Congratulations to Jordan Stanger Ross

The Department of History is proud to congratulate Jordan Stanger Ross on the Humanities Award for Research Excellence  which was announced on September 24, 2019 at the annual Humanities Celebration. 

The award particularly celebrates his  research outcomes but Dr. Stanger-Ross has also been very scuccessful lately in dissemination as well.  Here is a very powerful op ed which was published in the last weekends Globe and Mail: OpEd: Japanese Canadians deserve justice from B.C. and has appeared on CBC Radio lately on the proposal to rebuild a Japanese Teahouse in Gorge Park.
