Dr. Zussman Comments on new Liberal Cabinet

Dr. David Zussman talks with CBC News about the new Liberal Cabinet. The Cabinet, to be announced Nov 21, is taking longer than in 2015 to be picked. Zussman explains how this is due to Trudeau not wanting to make the mistakes of the past and comments on the problems of the last cabinet ministers.

Mr. Zussman holds a PhD in psychology and is an adjunct professor in the School of Public Administration.
