MPA Alumni Russ Francis wins Jack Webster Award

Contratulations Russ Francis on winning the 2021 Jack Webster Award for environmental reporting.

Russ Francis is an MPA alumni who was enrolled in the MPA On Campus program. Russ completed two Co-op work terms; one with BC Min of Forests & Range now known as Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development.
