Harm reduction is a dynamic and pragmatic response to injustice. As an underpinning philosophy of care and evidence-informed approach to practice and policy, harm reduction aims to promote wellness while minimizing the risk for harm generated by oppressive systems. “Harm Reduction: Principles and Practice” provides foundational knowledge and skills to undergraduate and graduate students in the history, evidence, and practice of harm reduction related to substance use and health.
