Evert Lindquist (l), acting director, and Rich Marcy (R), assistant professor of Organizational Behaviour, wrote a paper on The competing values framework: Implications for strategic leadership, change and learning in public organizations, published in the International Journal of Public Leadership (v.12:2, 2016) which was selected by the journal’s editorial team as the Outstanding Paper for this journal in the 2017 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence.
