Canet Foundation establishes generous endowment graduate student award

Many thanks to the Canet Foundation, who, through a gift of $350,000 over 10 years are creating a new endowed graduate student award within the School of Child and Youth Care. Other funds will go to support the school’s Forest and Nature Therapy and Indigenous Land-Based Learning Program. The endowment will be named the Canet Foundation Scholarship and will be awarded to the school's academically outstanding graduate students conducting research that benefits children, youth and families. Students working in early years settings, youth services, mental health and/or family support programs are eligible.
