A 'Black-tie' welcome

David Black, owner of Black Press and generous supporter of the Black Press scholarship program at the University of Victoria Gustavson School of Business, hosted student recipients at his home to celebrate their accomplishments. The program funds thirty-seven annual scholarships of $5,000 for high school, transferring students and continuing students entering the Gustavson School of Business from different school districts around BC.
