Single User All Gender Washroom Renovation - Pre-construction Materials Testing - Sedgewick B126 and Petch 167

Sedgewick B126 and Petch 167 (and adjacent spaces above and below as may be required)

Facilities Management has retained North West Environmental Group Ltd. to perform a building materials assessment in the Sedgewick B Building and Petch Building. Where materials sampling is required, workers will be collecting the samples in accordance with WorkSafeBC safe work practices. Dust control techniques will be utilized to mitigate the risk of materials becoming airborne and dispersing.

These rooms are to be unoccupied for the duration of the scheduled time below.

• Sedgewick B126 - 7:30-8:30am approximately
• Petch 167 - 8:30-9:30am approximately
