Engineering Lab Wing – Duct Installation
Engineering Lab Wing (ELW) Room A127 & A117
Facilities Management, AME Consulting and Aral Construction Ltd. are working on renovations in ELW 140 Fluid Mechanics and heat transfer lab. For this scope of work to be completed, this project will be working in rooms A127 and A117.
For this project notice, the contractor needs to weld ducting in these rooms. These rooms will be hoarded as shown in the drawings attached. During this time period and due to the hoarding, access to A117 can only be through A107 and access to A119 can only be through A123.
Fire Alarm Masking is required for this scope of work as we are welding in the space. Fire Alarm drain downs is not required as these rooms don’t have sprinklers.
