MacLaurin D-Wing – Accelerating Community Energy Transformation(ACET) Research Headquarters Renovation
MacLaurin A-Wing Level 2 and D-Wing Level 2 & 3
Facilities Management, in coordination with Century Group Inc., will be renovating spaces in the MacLaurin D-Wing D201/D302. Work will commence August 6th, 2024, with an anticipated completion date December 13, 2024. Temporary noise disruptions are anticipated and noisy work such as concrete coring and demolition have been scheduled during regular working hours during the month of August to decrease the amount of noisy work required during the fall term.
Renovations are to include project hoarding, partition demolition, carpentry, millwork, new partitions and glazing, painting, electrical work, mechanical work, and carpet, and furniture installation. Please see attached site plan for waste bin and equipment locations.

July 29 to December 13, 2024, during normal working hours. Some after hours work may be scheduled.
