AUVic Succeeds at Canadian Engineering Competition
March 13, 2007 - AUVic recently attended the 2007 Canadian Engineering Competition in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and was able to walk away with the competitions two most prestigious awards:
- 1st place in Innovative Design and
- the special award for technical excellence.
AUVic is now moving their focus to the upcoming competitions. They will be competing at the MATE MTS ROV Competition in St. John's, Newfoundland in June and then the AUVSI and ONR 10th International Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Competition in San Diego, California in July.
