How to find inclusive employers: a panel

Do you identify as having a disability? Wondering how to find employers who value, support and recruit for specific lived experiences?

As part of Disability Employment Awareness Month, UVic's accessibility and inclusion coordinator will lead an online panel that features employers and employees from Destination Canada, BCAA and the City of Victoria.

They'll share details about their inclusive and accessible programming and the ways that they intentionally support the authentic community they serve.

Employees with lived experience will be present to provide an overview of what they expect from inclusive employers and how/if their current employer respond to their expertise and workplace needs.
